Reesheda N. Graham Washington serves as the CEO and Principal Consultant of The Blackberry Collection. The Blackberry Collection comes alongside individuals, organizations, and companies, large and small, to realize the very best experiences personally and vocationally. As a 20 year veteran educator and curriculum designer, Reesheda is a New Leaders trained administrator who has led school leaders in their own professional development. Reesheda centers liberal arts, and DEI practices in her development of leaders and strategy. Reesheda is one who finds great passion in ushering forth difficult conversations relationally and communally toward transformation for all, touching on subjects of equity, strategy, and development. In her spare time, Reesheda cooks, paints, writes, dabbles in world languages, and is a bit of a world traveler.
