Ellen Weber

Ellen Weber deeply believes in the power of creating better places to belong. She has done this in a variety of ways throughout her career including youth and young adult ministry, CADI waiver case management, speech coaching, working as a parent educator, physical education teacher, running a sports organization and with current RIH position as a Program Associate. She studied Youth Studies, Social Justice & Spanish at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Ellen thoroughly enjoyed her professional development training around gathering this past year where she has explored what it means to be a thoughtful, intentional and radical gatherer through the work of Priya Parker. Ellen has continued to put those skills into action finding ways to create places of belonging both in her Riverside Innovation Hub work and outside as a physical education teacher, city commission member, local business owner, and lover of hosting.
